- Multi-user (file-server) support is added, including record-level locking.

- Transactions with ReadCommited isolation level are implemented.
- MultiUser Delphi demo is added.
- SQL and filtering analyzer is improved.
- DBManager utility is improved.
- Default progress displaying is added for potentially lengthy operations,
such as database compacting, table restructuring, etc.
These progress indicators could be switched off by
TABSdatabase.SilentMode property.
- Examples of SQL scripts are added into Utils\Bin\SQL directory.
- SQL transaction statements are now supported:
START TRANSACTION, COMMIT and ROLLBACK.
